Quick and Easy Cakes

So both of my little ones birthdays this year just happened to fall at the same times as we took our Spring and Summer vacations. I had to come up with quick and easy cakes to make that I wouldn't be spending a whole day making. I think they both were pretty happy with them!?

A friend of mine asked me to make her sons Cars cake for his third birthday. So I thought I'd share some of the other cakes I've done in the past.

Bella's 2nd B-day Tinkerbell Cake



It was made from homemade marshmallow fondant, so yummy!

Bella's 2nd B-day cake #2, (because one cake wasn't enough, LOL)

Sissy(Katy) made her party decorations!



The mushroom is made out of Rice Krispier Treats.





I cut out each flower, out of the marshmallow fondant and painted the color on.



She loved it!

I've made my own cakes since Katy was very young and over the years they have defiantly gotten better.
